Why is the app not recognizing my location?

If you're experiencing issues with your location, there are a few steps you can try:

  • Reset the search distance in your search filters - Navigate to "Filters" via the menu, adjust the search distance slider to the maximum setting and exit the menu. Now, go back and readjust your search distance to your preferred setting.

  • Reset your location in your device settings - As your current location is based on your device location, resetting your device location can also refresh your current location within the app.

  • Reset your location permission in your device settings -  First, log out of the app, then disable the permission for Spark to access your location. Next, switch the permission back on. This should trigger a location update next time you access the app.
